In today's fast-paced healthcare world, house calls are making a strong comeback — and Arkia Health Care is leading the way in Colorado. Home visits offer a personalized, patient-centered experience, allowing you to receive urgent care in the comfort and safety of your home.
How Home Visits Work
Our licensed nurse practitioner travels to your home equipped with portable diagnostic and treatment tools. Visits typically last 30–60 minutes and may include physical exams, treatment procedures, medication administration, or diagnostic testing.
We cover South Metro Denver suburbs, including Aurora, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Castle Pines.
Services Offered During Home Visits
- Comprehensive physical examination
- ECG and interpretation
- IV hydration therapy ("banana bag") for dehydration, fatigue, or mild illness
- Albuterol nebulized respiratory treatments for wheezing or shortness of breath
- Ear irrigation for wax impaction
- Minor procedures: laceration repair, ingrown toenail removal, wound care
- School and sports physicals
All services are clearly priced and eligible for discounts for established patients.
We emphasize cash or card payments only to avoid insurance delays and administrative overhead — helping us keep your care affordable.
Why Home Visits Matter
- Personal attention: You get unrushed, one-on-one time with your provider
- Reduced infection risk: Avoid exposure to contagious illnesses common in clinics
- Convenience: Ideal for parents with sick children or individuals with limited mobility
- Continuity: We coordinate your care with your primary provider if needed
